Charles Matthews has spent most of his career working in the telecommunications industry in the UK and abroad. He has held both corporate legal and general management positions including a CEO assignment; most recently he was Chief Compliance Officer of a major European multi-national.

Harry Broadhurst retired as a Senior Naval Officer in the Royal Navy having carried out a number of executive engineering appointments, and diplomatic posts in Canada and Pakistan. He was recently the General Manager of a specialist engineering company, and a consultant to leading companies in the defence field.
